Annie and I have worked together for 3 months. I came to her to improve my performance inside the gym and put on some more muscle. Boy has my performance and muscle mass improved! Realizing how to balance your macronutrients makes a huge difference with your energy levels, sleep, and performance! I had a good idea what is good food and what isn’t, but the macros part of it I had no idea. It makes me plan out my meals and make the right choices.
